Airport News Lincoln Airport (LNK) American Airlines Coming to Lincoln Airport (LNK) Travelers will soon be able to fly with American Airlines out of the Lincoln Airport (LNK).

Beginning in June 2026, American Airlines will have daily nonstop service from Lincoln Airport (LNK) to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and Chicago O’Hare (ORD), providing faster and more convenient connections. American will also add nonstop flights to Phoenix (PHX) in October. Flying from LNK means shorter security lines, easier parking, and seamless travel with a local airport close to home.

Real ID Requirements Beginning February 1, 2026 Travelers without acceptable identification (Real ID compliant license or a passport), will be charged $45 fee to use TSA’s new Confirm.ID verification process, which may take 10 to 30+ minutes and is valid for 10 days. American Airlines: Free inflight Wi-Fi American Airlines is now offering free inflight Wi-Fi for AAdvantage® members on select aircraft. Vehicle/Rental News NU mileage rate for 2026 The NU mileage rate for 2026 is $0.725 per mile. The Firefly travel application will automatically apply the 2026 rate on new travel requests and expense reports. Travelers should review any previously entered expense lines for travel on or after January 1, 2026, and click Calculate to ensure the new rate was saved.
