Hi Jude, Our team discussed in our comms meeting today and if this person provides a certain expertise you wouldn’t get otherwise, we’re willing to make an exception and allow a pre-recorded talk and complimentary virtual registration instead of the in-person registration. We would ask that our team coordinate a time with them to record the talk to ensure the audio and video is of good quality. I’ll leave it up to you and Jess whether to go this route or opt to find someone else to particulate. Hope that helps and also that you’re enjoying your vacation!
