All-
Please make sure to forward this notification to your departments and relevant external partners to make them aware of the closure of this key entrance point on East Campus.
This project will be extremely inconvenient for everyone working on and visiting East Campus and we want to give everyone as much notice as possible so they can properly navigate the closure.

General:
Facilities Management has scheduled an outage or activity in your building. Whenever we find it necessary to schedule an outage/activity, we first make every effort to reduce our signature; we make an estimate of the impact our actions will have on our customers, we research the potential for alternate or after-hours scheduling, and we coordinate to schedule concurrent activities as much as possible. We also make every effort to provide adequate advance notice of the outage/activity.
Please help us reduce the degree to which we disrupt your missions with our services by passing notice of this activity/outage to everyone that will be affected by it as soon as possible so they may adjust their schedules and so that we can reduce the incidence of having to reschedule.
