FIC 105 Walk-in Cooler Clean Out

Hi All, I have started cleaning out the Walk-In Refrigerator in FIC 105. There is a lot of mold. Items will be placed on wire carts in the Walk-In so the shelving and floor can be cleaned. All moldy boxes/containers need to be discarded. If you have items in the Walk-In please stop by to discard any items no longer needed (moldy, expired...) and wipe down, LABEL any items that you need to keep. The panels will be held on Tuesday, July 23rd, in the Sensory Laboratory (Room 103) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Tasting will occur from 10:30 am to Noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. As usual a "treat" will be provided. Your participation in this panel will be greatly appreciated!
