Subject: Call for Nominations for Campus-wide Faculty and Staff Awards
Dear Colleagues,
Deans were recently notified that the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor is currently accepting nominations for several campus-wide awards for faculty and staff. Many of these awards have historically received few nominations, and
we’re asking for your help in changing that.
The attached handout includes an outline of the awards available. Please consider actively promoting these opportunities within your units and encouraging colleagues to nominate deserving individuals. For your convenience, a list of eligible
faculty for the Harold and Esther Edgerton Junior Faculty Award is also attached.
Remember to check with your college dean’s offices for
any college processes and deadlines for submitting nominations to them for review.
Some awards do not need to route through your dean’s office, for these awards, submit all nomination materials as one PDF online at
go.unl.edu/evccampusawards.
