Please help me congratulate our smart and dedicated Food Science and Technology Undergraduate students for being the winners of the Regional College Bowl Competition! Students that participated are: Maya Tanikawa-Brown, Adam Lierz, Axl Rasmussen, Janine Merkle, Elijah Wald (team captain), and Mary Morran. This success was possible thanks to the hard work and dedication of our students and to the mentorship and leadership of Dr. Byron Chaves-Elizondo. Thanks also to those that help them practice before the competition!
Students will participate in the National Competition in Chicago during the Annual IFT Conference (July 13-16, 2025).
