You are invited to taste samples of Beef Strip Steaks. The panels will be held on today, Thursday, September 4^th and tomorrow, Friday, September 5^th, in the Sensory Laboratory (FIC 103) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Tasting will occur from 10:00 to 11:00 am.   You can attend both days.  As usual a "treat" will be provided. Your participation in this panel will be greatly appreciated!
