Dear Colleagues,
This e-mail if to inform you that Ellie Watts has resigned from her position as Director of the Food Processing Center. Her last day will be September 19th, 2025.
We thank Ellie for her contributions during her time with us and we wish her the best in her new chapter.
I will work with Ellie and the FPC team to ensure a seamless transition. I will be the point of contact for any matters related to the FPC.
