Dietary Extracellular Vesicles as Modulators of Gut Microbial Physiology and Ecology

 

Armando Lerma is a PhD candidate in the Complex Biosystems program advised by Dr. Jennifer Auchtung. He received his BS in Microbiology at the University of Texas at El Paso and his MS in Food Science and Technology from UNL. His PhD work focuses on investigating the interactions between the gut microbiome and dietary extracellular vesicles.
