Non-production Database connection manager moves

Today, siscman4 database connection manager will move to the TierPoint datacenter at 11:30 am and it will be unavailable for about 2 hours. There could be a short blip in general non-prod database connectivity when it is shut down, but otherwise the non-prods should be available. If there is a non-prod application that only connects to siscman4 it would be unavailable during this time. Tomorrow at 11:30 am siscman3 database connection manager will undergo the same move and non-prod applications that point only to siscman3 would be unavailable for about 2 hours. Sailpoint Upgrade Communication

Hello, We received the following communication from the Identity Management Team surrounding the upcoming Sailpoint Upgrade and wanted to pass it on to you. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you. Hello, The ITS Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is pleased to share that we will be upgrading our SailPoint identity management system (IDMS) on 10/23 beginning at 6:00 AM. This upgrade is critical to the University & State College systems as the IDMS is responsible for turning accounts on and off, managing passwords, supporting NUID management, and synchronizing upstream HR & student data to downstream services. The upgrade is scheduled to begin at 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM. During the upgrade, the following IDMS services will be unavailable - * Password updates * Account claiming * NUID creation * HR & SIS attribute synching to downstream services * Account provisioning and deprovisioning Authentication to services will remain active during this time, so users should still be able to log in.
