As a reminder, CSTSTNU will be down at 1pm for refresh. CSTSTSC will be down at 3pm for refresh. Both will be copies of CSQANU/CSQASC as of 1pm, and we expect them to be available tomorrow afternoon. Adding second Master Process scheduler to QA2 server
