PeopleTools 860 upgrade updates

Hello All- * CSDEVNU/CSDEVSC & CSTSTNU/CSTSTSC: DEV /TST instances have been upgraded to PeopleTools 8.60.12 and are now open for testing. Currently, there are 32 reported issues, with 24 already resolved. The TAST team is actively working on fixing the remaining 8 issues. * CSQANU/CSQASC: QA instances will be taken down for refresh from CSPRDNU/CSPRDSC starting on Monday, 6/10, around 8:00 AM. After the refresh, QA will also be upgraded to PeopleTools 8.60.12, followed by load testing. * QA Availability for Testing: QA is expected to be open for PeopleTools 8.60.12 validation and testing from 6/17 to 7/9, providing approximately 20 working days for testing. * Production Signoff and Deployment: Signoff to Production is scheduled for EOD 7/10, with plans to move to the PeopleTools Upgrade into PRD on 7/13 morning. QANU/ SC Open for PT8.60 Testing

The QANU and QASC systems have been upgraded to PeopleTools 8.60 and are open and available for testing. Here are a few reminders: * The PeopleTools 8.60 Upgrade page<https://uofnebraska.sharepoint.com/sites/EnterpriseServices/nesis/nesishome…> in SharePoint contains the maintenance schedule, known issues and links to resources that can help you in testing. * QA Testing sessions are scheduled for each area. If you are having a hard time finding time to test on your own, please take advantage of these times: * Admissions - Tues. 6/18 - 2-3:30 * Student Records - Tues. 6/18 10:30am-12 * Campus Community - Fri. 6/21 - 11am-12 * Enterprise Tools/Dashboard - Wed. 6/26 9:30-11am * Student Financials - Wed. 6/26 - 10:30am-12 * Financial Aid - Tues. 7/2 - after meeting * If you find an issue or receive an unexpected result, report it using the NU Support NeSIS Issues form<https://nusupport.nebraska.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/N…>. Give as much information about your issue as possible to help in troubleshooting and resolving the issue. * Signoff to move PT8.60 -> PRD is on Tuesday, 7/9 @ NOON via SharePoint. Each campus has a designated Maintenance lead that should be collecting signoff from each area. * Please enter the IDs that you need to have unlocked for testing in PRD on 7/13 in SharePoint<https://uofnebraska.sharepoint.com/sites/EnterpriseServices/nesis/nesishome…>. * As of now, campus PRD validation is scheduled to begin at approximately 2pm on Sat. 7/13. A more detailed schedule for the PRD upgrade is still being finalized and will be sent out in a few weeks. Thank you so much for all of the testing that has already taken place.
