Hello - We are having block corruption issue with CSTSTNU database, and We hope that refreshing CSTSTNU from CSQANU will fix the issue. Please note that CSTSTNU will be down from 4:00pm on Friday the 08/30 for refresh from CSQANU. CSTSTNU is expected to be back up on 09/03 morning. Please let us know if you have any questions. Sailpoint Registry Interface Downtime 8/28/2024

The interface from PeopleSoft to the Sailpoint Registry experienced partial downtime from approximately 10AM on 8/28 to 6AM on 8/29. We've narrowed the cause down to a setup value for the interface logger. The value should have been updated with the PeopleTools upgrade but was missed. This didn't immediately impact the system, but yesterday we deleted old 8.59 PS_HOME directories to free up disk space for the system. This caused the logger to start failing. We have updated the interface logger setup to point to the new 8.60 location and we believe the interface is working properly. Please go back and look at the output of any processes you own that use the registry to make sure there are no failed search match requests. Please contact your functional coordinators with any issues reprocessing failed registry searches. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Regarding Appsian License key update

Hello All – We will be updating Appsian License key information into CSDEVNU / CSDEVSC , CSTSTNU / CSTSTSC, CSQANU/CSQASC systems this afternoon between 2:00pm– 2:45pm.
