Please take note of the following important dates and deadlines related to the PeopleTools upgrade: * Now through 4/23 Add your ID to the provided link to ensure your account is unlocked for testing and validation. NeSIS Home - PT861 Upgrade Testers/Checked Out Users for PRD Validation<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://uofnebraska.sharepoint.com/sites/Enterp… > * 4/21 (Monday) Deadline to request additional testing time or report any issues meeting the signoff timeline. * 4/23 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM Signoff to Production is due. All validations in DEV / TST / QA instances must be completed by this time. * 4/23 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM Planned Phire- Mod Review meeting and Cancellation of Production batch processing in preparation for the upgrade on 4/25. * 4/25 (Friday) 6:00 PM – Production batch jobs processing shuts down. 8:00 PM – All Production systems Mavlink, MyRed, MyRecords, MyBlue, MyNCTA, MyCSC, MyPSC, Wildcatsonline NeSIS systems will go down @8:00pm for PT 8.61.10 upgrade . * 4/26 (Saturday) 6:30 AM – Upgrade activities expected to be completed. 7:00–8:00 AM – Internal NeSIS validation. 8:30 AM–12:00 PM – Campus-level validation. Update to PeopleTools Schedule

NeSIS Campus Teams, We have discovered an issue with the PeopleTools upgrade that requires us to apply an additional patch. The NeSIS team is working over the next 24 hours to complete an analysis of the patch and its impact. This activity could impact the testing or go-live schedule and require us to move to the pre-approved fallback weekend of May 2nd - 3rd. We will release details of our plan to move forward on Tuesday Evening or Wednesday Morning. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks - Frank
