The interface from PeopleSoft to the Sailpoint Registry experienced partial downtime from approximately 10AM on 8/28 to 6AM on 8/29. We've narrowed the cause down to a setup value for the interface logger. The value should have been updated with the PeopleTools upgrade but was missed. This didn't immediately impact the system, but yesterday we deleted old 8.59 PS_HOME directories to free up disk space for the system. This caused the logger to start failing.
We have updated the interface logger setup to point to the new 8.60 location and we believe the interface is working properly. Please go back and look at the output of any processes you own that use the registry to make sure there are no failed search match requests. Please contact your functional coordinators with any issues reprocessing failed registry searches.
