Hi- Oracle Database PSU patch is done in non-prod databases. All the non-prod systems(CSDEVNU / CSDEVSC , CSTSTNU / CSTSTSC, PhireDev / PhireTST Instances) are working now.

Hello All – DBAs are working on applying the Oracle Database PSU patch into non-prod databases this morning. You may be seeing issue with login into the non-prod systems (CSDEVNU / CSDEVSC , CSTSTNU / CSTSTSC, PhireDev / PhireTST Instances) We are working with the DBAs to resolve the issue quicky.
