NeSIS Campus Teams, We have discovered an issue with the PeopleTools upgrade that requires us to apply an additional patch. The NeSIS team is working over the next 24 hours to complete an analysis of the patch and its impact. This activity could impact the testing or go-live schedule and require us to move to the pre-approved fallback weekend of May 2nd - 3rd. We will release details of our plan to move forward on Tuesday Evening or Wednesday Morning. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks - Frank
As an update, The NeSIS teams have successfully applied the software patch to the DEV, TST, and QA environments. This update has resolved the issues preventing us from moving to production. We are now on track to proceed with our initial go-live date of April 25th and 26th.
* As a reminder, sign-off is scheduled for noon on Wednesday, April 23rd. If you need additional time due to the downtime or extra testing caused by this late-breaking patch, please let us know by Monday, April 21st, and we can work on an extension for you.
* Thanks again to all our dedicated SIS testing colleagues for making this upgrade successful.. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Best regards, Frank
