Hi Jason and all,
UW is working on this effort as well, and has learned much from UCLA, Minnesota, and others. Here's our draft toolkit:

Dear Jason and colleagues,
Recognition of community-engaged scholarship in the tenure/promotion evaluation has been an area of significant attention at UCLA. Please find documents and details at this web link: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://communityengagement.ucla.edu/faculty/res... https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://communityengagement.ucla.edu/faculty/resources/*tenure--promotion__;Iw!!PvXuogZ4sRB2p-tU!Adge2pwAQierLRZfbJVgBP2GHDh26o36xtC9PY2S57QsESGpmpRNO9Ml8fhqlECY93wiYi3HlRNl89-QBswEMfuwtXnwkqQBN6L8$
I’d be happy to discuss how we made progress on this issue with anyone who wants more information.
Best, Shalom

Dear colleagues,
We are working on developing model language for in the Office of Academic Affairs for evaluating engaged scholarship in the promotion and tenure process. We are looking to develop evaluation criteria and measures/evidence of success for engaged scholars.
I am reaching out to see if you could share any model language, criteria, or success metrics that you would recommend or that is used at your institution. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
Thanks again and take care. Jason
