As of December 1, the Well & Good restaurant is no longer serving lunch Monday through Friday. Instead, grab-and-go lunch options will be available at the Good Life Coffee Shop. Brunch at the restaurant will be available on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Butterflies, Birds, Blooms and Bugs — Can You Find the Bugs? A Photography Exhibit by Jerri Reher Haussler On Display through December 21 The Link, 2nd Floor Gallery
The exhibition Butterflies, Birds, Blooms and Bugs — Can You Find the Bugs? offers a glimpse of hope found in the beauty of the natural world that God has created. Through her lens, photographer Jerri Reher Haussler captures moments where His presence is revealed — in the pollen resting on the soft petals of wildflowers along a spring roadside, the sunlight glimmering on a bee’s translucent wings in a summer garden, the gentle movement of a butterfly as it drifts from flower to flower in the fall and the seedpod spilling lacy fluff from a milkweed as winter approaches.
A self-taught photographer with an eye for detail, Jerri finds joy in observing and documenting the world around her. She is also a published author of Entrepreneurs of Hastings: Short Sketches of Some Nebraska Risktakers and Simple Faith, Mighty Faith: A 40-Lesson Devotional and Memoir. Jerri earned her B.A. in Business Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She retired from Hastings College in 2002 as the Associate Dean of Students. Her photography has been displayed at the Minden Opera House and the Hastings Museum.

Nebraska Innovation Campus is a Community Collection Site for Food Waste and Other Compostable Items
In partnership with Waste to Energy Lincoln (WTEL), a division of Uribe Refuse Services, Inc., Nebraska Innovation Campus is a community collection site for food waste and other compostable items. NIC Partners and the community can sign up to access the community compost bins and then drop off food scraps and other compostable items at any of the three community collection sites (including NIC). NIC’s green community collection tote is located at the west end of the paved parking lot located north of Transformation Drive (the end of the lot near the Ice Box). NIC Partners and the community must have a paid plan to access the locked bin. Food waste and other compostable items cannot be dropped off without a paid plan through Waste to Energy Lincoln/Uribe Refuse Services, Inc.
Once you sign up for the monthly plan, you will receive a detailed map noting the drop-off locations throughout Lincoln.

Parking at NIC
NIC visitors that do not have a NIC parking permit or a UNL parking permit are required to pay for parking in the paved lot north of Transformation Drive using the Passport Parking app. This is the same parking app used when people park on the street at NIC, in downtown Lincoln and in the Haymarket.
Parking Zones: The paved lot north of Transformation Drive is Zone 9900 on the Passport Parking app. On-street parking at NIC is Zone 80. Parking in downtown Lincoln and the Haymarket is Zone 75.
Enforcement: Paid parking in the paved lot north of Transformation Drive is enforced from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. On-street metered parking is enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
If you have a NIC parking permit or a UNL parking permit:
* If you have a Nebraska Innovation Campus parking permit do not use the Passport Parking app to pay for parking in the paved lot north of Transformation Drive. Nebraska Innovation Campus parking permits are valid in parking lots with first come first served parking, reserved spaces (numbered yellow hang tags only) and the paved lot north of Transformation Drive. * If you have a University of Nebraska–Lincoln parking permit please notify Parking and Transit Services and request that your permit be added to the reciprocal visitors list. Send the requests from your official UNL email account to unlpts@unl.edumailto:unlpts@unl.edu. Your license will then be added to the NIC permit roster. Access remains for the effective period of your UNL permit. After your UNL permit has been added to the NIC permit roster, do not use the Passport Parking app to pay for parking in the lot north of Transformation Drive. University of Nebraska–Lincoln parking permits are valid only in the paved lot north of Transformation Drive. * If you have a University of Nebraska–Lincoln student parking permit do not use the Passport Parking app to pay for parking. University of Nebraska–Lincoln student permits are valid in the student parking section of the paved lot north of Transformation Drive.
