Hello all,
We have had a few instances recently where visitors and delivery drivers have been unsure where to go once they arrive at our building.
People (delivery drivers, food deliveries, people looking for other people) are also bothering the Food for Health clinic while they are trying to conduct their clinical trials.
To help reduce confusion, and to limit the disruptions to the clinic, could you please remember these two things:
1. Please include your name on all deliveries and food orders. This helps ensure packages and meals get to the right person without delay.
2. If you are expecting a visitor, please try to greet them in the lobby or provide clear directions ahead of time. This will help prevent people from wandering through the building looking for offices or assistance.
Your help with these small steps will make a huge difference in helping keep traffic away from the clinic and deliveries running smoothly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
Susie
